Multi Trader

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Multi-Trader in Torbay, Devon who is available to start immediately.

If you have a combination of the following we'd love to hear from you - carpentry, tiling, decorating, plumbing, fencing / landscaping.

**About the job**:

- Monday - Friday, 08:00 am - 16:30 pm
- £25 Per hour
- LONG-TERM WORK AVAILABLE
- OWN TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT ESSENTIAL
- Full refurbishment and fit-out of social housing and flats.

**About you**:

- Follow project plans, blueprints, and specifications for accurate implementation.
- Safely handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
- Carpentry: Skilled in cutting, shaping, and installing wood materials for construction projects.
- Tiling: Proficient in laying and grouting tiles to create aesthetically pleasing and durable surfaces.
- Decorating: Expertise in enhancing the appearance of interiors through painting, wallpapering, and other decorative techniques.
- Plumbing: Knowledgeable in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and drainage.
- Fencing/Landscaping: Specialized in building and repairing fences while also skilled in designing and maintaining outdoor spaces.
- Have knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Possess physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
