**About the job**:

- Full refurbishment and fit-out of social housing and flats.
- Basic Plumbing, Electrical work will be required.
- Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 16:30pm
- £22 Per hour
- Lots of ongoing projects up and coming
- LONG TERM WORK
- Temporary - Permanent

**About you**:

- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Basic Carpentry and Joinery knowledge
- 3 years multi trader experience
- Tools required
- Friendly, approachable and well presented
- Punctual and flexible
- Available to start immediately
