Learning Disabilities and Autism

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Learning Disabilities and Autism Directorate. We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to undertake the role of Staffing Co-Ordinator.

In addition to the above, the Postholder will have experience of working as a staffing coordinator or similar role. Combining high standards and commitment with experience and excellent communication both written and verbal alongside having exceptional organisational skills are essential for this post. You must be able to provide evidence of working in a busy environment, utilising advanced administrative skills including minute/note taking experience.

The successful applicant will have an excellent knowledge and skills in the use of a variety of databases including Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc. and ideally some internal systems. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, & therefore require the ability to multitask and priorities your own workload and that of others, work as part of a team and have a professional attitude.

You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with excellent communication and organisational skills.

The post holder will supervise admin staff and will be required to undertake supervision of the admin team, including handling sickness absence, annual leave, appraisals and regular one-to-one supervision sessions, therefore must possess excellent leadership qualities with experience of leading/managing an Admin Team and delegating work being an essential requirement for this role.
