We are seeking a **Senior** **Children's Residential Support Worker** for a children's home in Cannock, Staffordshire.

The organisation has multiple homes based in Staffordshire. The homes **specialise in supporting children with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.**

- Leading shifts to support the Residential Support Workers
- Supporting Young People in their day-to-day routines
- Completing and maintaining administrative records as required by our home
- Demonstrating the attributes of a positive role model for the Children and Young People
- Developing and maintaining professional working relationships
- Previous experience working within a Children’s residential home setting
- Hold a NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People's Workforce or equivalent

**Please note**

**This position requires sleep-ins and work hours are across 7 days on a shift-rota basis**

**Salary**: £31,000 - £33,000 per year
