We are seeking a **Children's Residential Support Worker** for a children's home in Staffordshire

The organisation has multiple homes based in Staffordshire. The homes **specialise in supporting children with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties.**

- Previous relevant experience. Experience within a Children's Home setting desirable.
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
- Hold a NVQ Level 3/4 in Children & Young People's Workforce (Desirable) or be willing to work towards gaining this qualification

**This position requires sleep-ins and work hours are across 7 days on a shift-rota basis**

**Salary**: £29,000 - £30,500 per year
