**SDR Care** is a growing business with care homes situated on the South Coast. We pride ourselves on investing in our people and we are committed to the **UK Living Wage Foundation**. We aim to continuously train and develop our staff to enable them to reach their full potential within our collaborative and supportive team.

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team of **Night Support Workers** at one of our homes in Bishopstoke, Eastleigh. The home specialises in person-centred care for people with learning difficulties and autism.

You will be a great addition to the team if you enjoy working and interacting with people, have the right personality and share the same values as us. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, effective communicators, with high standards of care, and who are sensitive to the needs of people with learning disabilities. Applicants will have experience of working in a similar environment. We have two waking night staff on duty each night.

Working hours are** 37.625 hours** per week. This is because shifts will follow a repeating pattern of:
**Week 1, four shifts.**

**Week 2, three shifts.**

Working hours are **10.75 hours** per shift.
