**Richemont - Internal Engagement and Events Intern**

**(6 month fixed term contract, Full-Time)**

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Research local businesses, negotiate local discounts for employees and maintain an up-to-date database of current offers
- Organise educational seminars and wellness activities for colleagues, including researching, booking and liaising with external providers
- Coordinate programme of external speakers on relevant topics, including research, topic proposals, booking and liaising with speakers, organising logistics and scheduling
- Support with internal employee listening programme logistics, e.g. planning and scheduling focus groups, organising rooms and refreshments, booking external support as required, etc.
- Research, propose and book external venues (e.g. conference halls, restaurants, meeting spaces, etc.) as required to support employee engagement activities
- Liaise with charity partners to schedule team volunteering days
- Coordinate travel for off-site volunteering and other large group activities, e.g. coach bookings, etc.
- Help to coordinate internal events, including scheduling, RSVP management, logistics, script planning, purchases on account, decoration and coordination with vendors and stakeholders
- Support the production of multimedia content, including copy, video, posters and graphics, for internal communications and events
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, maintaining calendars, updating internal platforms (Intranet, Yammer), file sharing, budget tracking, etc.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Teams and Sharepoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong commercial nous and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Previous experience in event planning or internal communications is a plus
- Experience using Canva design tool is helpful but not required
