**About the role**

We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join the department on a 6-month fixed term contract. This role will support the current team to ensure all finance processes are performed in an accurate, efficient and timely manner so that adequate service levels are provided to the department’s internal and external customers.

This is an exciting role for someone who would enjoy working in a faced-paced and varied operation.

This role is not limited to but will include;
- **Purchase Ledger**

Assisting with purchase ledger duties such as invoice processing using the company’s SAP system, performing supplier statement reconciliations and dealing with supplier queries.
- ** Sales Ledger**

Assisting with sales ledger duties such as sending out customer statements, raising Misc sales invoices and helping with credit control.
- ** Month-end support**

Providing month-end support to the Finance team by performing various closing tasks and account reconciliations.
- ** Ad hoc and project work**

Supporting the Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks and project work as and when required.

**Who we are looking for**
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Great organisational skills.
- Ability to liaise with a range of different contacts including departmental managers, customers and suppliers.
- SAP (or other ERP system) experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
