**The Role**

To Support the Hard FM Manager in all Hard Services related operations within the Exeter Schools PFI Contract including compliance with Health & Safety legislation, and External audit requirements
- Liaising with Specialist Providers and follow up on remedials and service dates
- Communicating programme of works to client parties
- Updating the core business system with report sheets, compliance notes
- Assist with the operation and development of the Company’s Safety Rules and Procedures.
- Liaise with the Management team to ensure the safe delivery of Hard FM PPM tasks, Reactive Works and small works within budget and to time.
- Explore opportunities to reduce associated costs and increase energy efficiencies

**Key Duties and Responsibilites**
- Co-ordination of all Hard Services requirements under direction of the Hard FM Manager
- Collating and reviewing Specialist providers documentation and filing them accordingly
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements.
- Ensure that Hard Services best practice is shared between functions, sites, and contracts.
- Assist the Hard FM Manager to develop and maintain systems and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the service.
- Deliver services with a full understanding of the contract specification (particularly output specifications) and statutory requirements
- Build professional relationships with key external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, whilst also meeting the organisation’s strategic and financial aims.
- Ability to work closely with the senior management team
- Build professional relationships with colleagues
- Help facilitate clear communication between all contract stakeholders

**Skills Required**:

- Experience of Microsoft packages
- Practical knowledge and management of Statutory compliance requirements
- Knowledge and implementation of Safe Systems of Work
- Understanding and knowledge of Computer - Aided Facilities Management (Qfm)
- Understanding and knowledge Building Management Systems
- Demonstrable experience in managing contractors through KPI’s and SLA’s to achieve high performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage own workload and prioritise where necessary
- Satisfactory DBS clearance at enhanced level.
- Highly organised & Self-motivated
- Proactive / problem solving
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Hard FM
