**About Our Client**:
Our client a highly successful and growing business are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join the team due to company growth. The client is based in Woking, Surrey but this role offers a hybrid working pattern

As the Finance Assistant you will be responsible for
- Monthly reconciliation of customer accounts
- Checking transactions posted to customer accounts, on a daily, weekly basis, preparing correction folder for mis posted transactions
- Annual Reconciliation of accounts against reports for year end
- Processing refunds through portals or Bacs on the daily/weekly basis
- Weekly reconciliation of cash banked by Loomis
- Coding cash banked to the right cash account on a daily/weekly basis - G4S
- Monthly checking and reviewing sites cash floats recorded in the Cash Summary Report; preparing and posting Cash Floats movement journal
- Monthly reviewing the till's last trading day report; preparing and posting Fees in Advance journal in Sage
- Downloading and saving monthly card statements
- Preparing monthly card transactions report
- Investigations regarding missing transactions and other queries with providers
- Preparing templates, providing backup, for AR department regarding invoices for manual top-ups
- Prepare & posting of Petty Cash journal in SAGE

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Reconciliation experience
- Experience in a similar role desirable but not essential
- Strong excel skills
- Previous experience in Sage 200 is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills.
- We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, career driven and be willing to learn and develop.
- You can be studying for an accountancy qualification but its not required

Salary £27,000 - £31,000

Hybrid working offered 3 days from the office in Woking and 2 days from home
