The role_**

In the Claims Handler role, you will be managing your own caseload of claims from cradle to grave. Our objective is to ensure that we provide exceptional customer service, and we deal with the claim in the most efficient and timely manner. You will be the primary point of contact for your customers throughout the claim journey, including making the initial first call with the customer, scheduling appointments, processing reports, finalising the claim and all general enquires and complaints within the agreed timescales. Excellent customer service skills are vital to the role, as you'll need to confidently talk the customer through every stage of their claim while ensuring we manage their expectations.

- Previous experience within a customer service or administrative role
- Worked within a fast-paced administration team environment
- Complaints handling experience
- Outstanding customer care
