**The Role**

Our contract services team have an innovative and multi-disciplined approach to delivering project work, and currently have an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Works Coordinator to join their Newport based team. In this role, you will providing administrative support across the Contract Services team, alongside this duties will include;
- Supporting operational control to deliver value solutions
- Tracking and coordinating client contact following requests for quotes/estimates
- Utilising works ordering system to allocate works and manage direct labour operatives
- Planning, directing and co-ordinating the use of plant & labour

It is expected that you can bring a mixture of industry knowledge, commercial experience and you should be able to demonstrate.
- Appropriate Business/Administration qualification
- Previous experience in a similar or related role
- Ability to work on own initiative, as an individual and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license to meet the travel requirements of the role
