We are looking for a great individual to deliver a high level of customer service. You will live locally, be organised, able to prioritise work whilst remaining customer focused. This role may suit someone who is returning to work, or requires a short time contract and who has experience in Credit Control, Post Office Services or even Housing. You will be hardworking, reliable, with a clear and logical mindset to problem-solving will best describe you, with a drive to see things through to completion.

You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and be IT competent. You will have at least 2 years’ experience of working in an office, with a minimum of Grade C in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent. You will demonstrate from day one that you are a team player with a willingness to learn and offer support across the business when required.

The role is based at Ground Solutions’ head office in South Derbyshire. Established in 2006, with 20,000+ properties in our portfolio and we continue to thrive and have the pleasure of working with a variety of residential developers.
