Rthirteen are currently working alongside a fantastic, established business in their search for an experienced Administrator to join their team in Wymondham. Your focus will providing integral admin support, through working closely with Engineers, usingcompany databases to help to price jobs and quote these to customers.

This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday - Friday. Parking is available onsite. The offered salary for this position is £21,000 plus an added bonus as a recognition of orders processed.

**Duties to include**:

- Taking information from Engineers in order to price jobs.
- Using company CRM systems to generate costs and create custom quotes.
- Handling invoice queries & escalating where needed.

**You will have/be**:

- At least 1 year’s previous admin experience.
- Super organised, able to use your initiative and to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident using MS Office and learning new systems
- Resilient with a positive can-do attitude
