**The Job**:
You will be the first point of contact for employees, customers and their guests. You will answer the switchboard and redirect calls. You will be required to book and support all meetings and training activities and provide refreshments. You will also be responsible for booking and managing company travel including flights, hotels and managing the car hire process in the UK and overseas. You will need to order office stationary, kitchen supplies and arrange catering for training, meetings and in house events. You will be responsible for the mail and deliveries. You will be required to liaise with cleaning contractors to ensure the building is kept clean at all times. You will be required to support with invoicing and ad hoc administration.

**About You**:

- Excellent communication skills and able to provide high level of professional customer service.
- Team player and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Well presented at all times.
- Diary management and experience of booking events and travel.
- Ability to use Microsoft office.
