- **What's involved?
**As an experienced Head Chef, you will be expected to be extremely hands on, working side by side with the kitchen team and not expecting them to do anything you wouldn't do yourself (they have had a few office dwellers and are keen to avoid this)
- You will produce inventive, crowd pleasing dishes that suit as many tastes as possible and while this is most definitely NOT a fine dining operation standards are expected to remain high in both taste and presentation.
- The Head Chef will report directly to the owner and have responsibility for staff training, motivation, and retention.
