**What's involved?**
- As Sous Chef with more than your fair share of ability you will work closely with the Head Chef in making sure things in the kitchen run like clockwork.
- You can expect to be running the kitchen from time to time and excellent communication and management skills are essential.
- As Sous Chef you will be working or have recent experience in a similar role in either a one or two rosette restaurant.
