**THE COMPANY**

This E-commerce business is growing rapidly and investing a lot in the digital side of the company

**THE ROLE**

As a CRM Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

- Working end-to-end on campaigns, from acquisition to retention
- Looking at the strategy behind this, and the actions required to optimise performance
- Being involved in the testing, strategy, and creative side of CRM, and really understanding the data that drives what you can/can't do with customers
- Building relationships with stakeholders and providing insights to them as well as the team

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- No specific experience with a CRM tool required
- Knowledge of Customer Data Platform's is a plus
- Work experience with an e-commerce business is a plus
- Stakeholder management experience would be great
