**Health and Safety Manager**

We are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s leading Agricultural Companies based in Lincolnshire area. Due to continues growth and success of the business, we are pleased to be able to assist with a Health and Safety Manager on a permanent basis.

We are looking to speak with applicant who can demonstrate commitment drive and management experience along with willingness to contribute to this fantastic business.

**Main Responsibilities for a successful Health and Safety Manager**:

- Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work
- Ensure a safe workplace environment
- Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated
- Conduct suitable and effective risk assessments for all work equipment and operations
- Ensure that safe working practices are followed
- Ensure that all accidents are documented, and investigated as per statutory requirements and that recommended improvements are implemented
- Updating H&S Report and H&S data analysis
- Chair and manage the Health & Safety Committee Meetings and make recommendations to the Senior Management Team based upon the meeting's findings
- Follow up accident/near miss/Safety Concern paperwork and input the data and action plans

**About the successful Health and Safety Manager**:

- Recent and relevant experience in a similar role
- Handling of H&S investigations
- Experience of formulating and implementing Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Able to perform a Gap Analysis of the Company's current policies and procedures against legislation and best practice and implementing new systems
- Able to build and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the business
- Able to work on own initiative and has a can-do attitude
- Have your own transport due to location

**Monday to Friday**/ **Salary £35000 per annum+ Company benefits**
