**Role and Responsibilities**: As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and supportive environment for the children and young people in our care. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building positive and trusting relationships with residents.
- Providing day-to-day care, guidance, and support to meet their physical and emotional needs.
- Creating and implementing engaging activities that promote social, educational, and personal development.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a consistent and cohesive care approach.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**: To succeed in this role, you should possess:

- A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, resilience, and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy.
- Flexibility in working shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in a residential childcare setting is essential
