The Tiger Group is a dedicated provider of residential care and support services for young people who require guidance, stability, and a nurturing environment. We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to lead our team.

As Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to the young residents in our care. You will lead a team of support workers, ensuring a safe and positive environment while helping young people develop essential life skills and achieve their goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and mentor support workers, providing guidance and training.
- Develop and implement care plans and support strategies tailored to each young person's unique needs.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new support staff.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and resident activities.
- Foster a supportive and empowering atmosphere for young residents.
- Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Residential Support Worker in a residential setting for young people.
- Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Empathetic, patient, and child-focused approach.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation pertaining to young people's care.
- Valid DBS check.
