With this growth, requires extra resource so we are excited to be looking for a second Buyers Admin assistant within our Buying Team.

The Buyer’s Admin assistant role reports to the Buyers, working as part of the buying team to deliver the best ranges for our customer, managing the administration of the department ensuring all systems are kept up to date.

**Main Duties/Responsibilities**
- Supporting the buying team with their administration including filing
- Responsible for keeping information up to date and correct in all relevant systems and database’s
- Maintaining the critical path
- Supporting Buying with analysis of the market and customer activity through competitive shops, sales and trend
- Supporting weekly trade meetings through best seller report and shipping/intake report
- Maintenance of samples - chasing and booking in
- Racking up samples with care and consideration for sign offs, range reviews & fit sessions
- Ad hoc duties are also an essential daily part of the Buyers Admin Assistant job role as you are providing full administrative support to the home buying team

**Role Competencies/Skills**
- Excellent administrative, communication and organisation skills
- A keen interest in product, garment construction, brand & customer
- Driven, Resilient & motivated
- Retail experience preferred
- Experienced in Excel with the ability to pick up new systems quickly (Futura & Qlikview)
