Housing and Property Management Assistant

**What you'll do**:

- Prepare and organize tenancy agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage the renewal process for Gas Safety Certificates (GSC) and Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR).
- Identify and arrange repairs for properties, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with landlords, informing them of any issues and keeping them updated on progress.

**Job details**:

- 30 hours per week
- Level 2 Housing and Property Management Assistant Apprenticeship Qualification
- 52 weeks a year (all year round)
- 12 months to complete the course
- £6.40 per hour (The wage will increase to the NMW for your age after the 1st year).
- **Monday to Friday 10am-6pm with a day off during the week and and every other Saturday**:

- GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade 4/C and above or Level 2) desirable
- Any successful applicant must complete a DBS check prior to start date

**Things to Consider**:

- Additionally, please be aware that upon a successful offer of employment, DBS checks and references will be obtained as part of your enrolment

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £9,984.00 per year
