**Job Description**:
Modelling outstanding planning, assessment and teaching in order to achieve high quality teaching, effective use of resources and the highest standards of learning and achievement for all learners.
- Demonstrate high quality teaching for learners with complex and profound needs.
- Develop and deliver a Performing Arts curriculum which enables learners to develop their confidence, self-esteem and resilience
- The Performing Arts curriculum must sequence skills, knowledge and behaviour development over the academic year
- Manage all aspects of the learner experience; RARPAD, accredited & non-accredited learning outcomes;
- Manage the learner journey process; Initial Assessment, Induction, Baseline Assessment and summaries, set appropriate long
- and medium-term goals, monitor progress and achievement of targets linked to goals, produce termly review of progress reports toshow progression and outcomes.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating personal learner files and our systems
