About you

**About the role**

An opportunity has arisen for the exciting position of Quality Systems Administrator for a 12 month placement. This role is responsible for the management and continuous improvement of the Customer Complaint handling process including regular trending exercises. Responsible for administrative support including the management of Halal and Kosher certificates relating to Liverpool Products.

In return you’ll get a competitive starting salary + annual bonus and a fantastic benefits package dependant on your experience. Hours are Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week.

**What will I be doing day to day?**

**Complaint Handling**
- Responsible for the management and satisfactory completion of customer complaints.
- Logging all customer complaints in the Danone complaint system
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports to key internal stakeholders.
- Maintenance of Incident Files relating to customer complaints.
- Provision of training
- Work closely with Production and Manufacturing to increase awareness of the types of complaints received and to identify any areas where corrective/preventive actions are required.
- Carry out regular trending exercises and identify areas where improvements required

**QPulse Administration**
- Provide Q-Pulse Administration functions to Nutricia Liverpool.
- Work in conjunction with the Governance Team to build quality into the entire ‘Document Management Process’; taking the ownership of compliance of documentation into the teams.
- Control all the GMP / Quality documents across the Nutricia Liverpool Site to ensure that it remains up to date and in compliance with relevant procedures and current standards.
- Provide support to staff within all areas of responsibility and assist of any of their issues relating to their Documentation.
- Manage change control process for all GMP / controlled documentation.
- Ensuring the Change control process is followed in relation to any documentation updates.
- Assisting where necessary with the completion of Change Controls related to documentation.
- Manage the revision process for all controlled documents.
- Assisting authors/Approvers where necessary with correct formatting
- Tracking documents to completion
- Incorporate any rejection comments
- Routing documents through the approval process
- Distribute / Publication of Controlled documents
- Activating documents in the Q-Pulse System
- Distribution of controlled documents across the Site.
- Preparation of Master documentation for archiving.
- Work with the training Co-ordinator to facilitate the issuing of training on controlled document.
- Provide support where required.
- Maintain the document Management process in a state of compliance.
- Carry out regular self-inspections of the document management process across Nutricia Liverpool site.
- Propose actions to rectify any issues raised and work on their implementation.
