Mobile Plant Operator

Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain various heavy equipment including tankers, bulldozers, pavers, Caterpillar machinery, water trucks, horizontal drilling equipment, loaders, graders, and backhoes.
- Perform tasks such as building and maintaining roads, excavating and grading land, and operating machinery for construction projects.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment is properly maintained.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience operating heavy equipment such as tankers, bulldozers, pavers, Caterpillar machinery, water trucks, horizontal drilling equipment, loaders, graders, and backhoes.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects.

- Dumper: 1 year (preferred)
- Excavator: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- CPCS (required)
