Job responsibilities:

- Providing general administration services to the partners and associated groups.
- Collecting, sorting, distributing and franking mail on a daily basis.
- Log/scan cheques and assist finance on an ad hoc basis.
- Maintenance and up-keep of the franking machine. Top up balance when required.
- Arranging specialised couriers as required.
- Ordering and maintaining stock supplies as requested, including stationery and postage.
- Replenishment of supplies in kitchens, ensuring surplus replacement items available for use.
- Daily replenishment of refreshments in all meeting rooms. Clearing and replacing used cups, glasses and cutlery. Ensuring all tables, cabinets and surfaces are wiped clean. Distribution of incoming correspondence and stationery to relevant departments.
- Dealing efficiently and effectively with client enquires while fostering client relationships.
- Filing and thinning files for archiving on VC.
- General scanning, archiving and administration services to partners and associated groups.
- Organise weekly collection and distribution of tea towels.
- Lunchtime and holiday cover for reception and switchboard.
- Engage in use of relevant IT systems, including teams, outlook, VC, Cascade and CCH.
- Prioritise and manage a busy workload.
- Manage information with the utmost discretion.
- Actively promoting the firm and its services wherever possible.
- Work must be undertaken to the highest possible standards and conduct themselves in accordance with the firm’s procedures and policies.

Person specification:

- Previous experience within a secretarial/administration role
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- High level of professionalism
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and organised with excellent time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
