**The Company**:
Agile Retail operate a range of retail operations for several partner businesses. We help brands and retailers develop and execute exciting new, differentiated retail propositions. Our job is to help inspire and create new environments, put them live, and make sure they work hard at inspiring and converting consumers and ensuring we have the right teams to be able to deliver. Our Experiential Marketing division iD helps brands activate across the UK, in a variety of impactful and creative ways with the best staff.
**The role**:
The Account Executive supports the delivery of one or more of our retail projects, working across a wide range of activities. Liaising directly with our core teams in People, Stock & Supply, and Operations, the Project Executive’s role is to help make sure that our Agile Retail stores open up and function as they’re supposed to. You will facilitate the smooth delivery of launching AR stores, and, post opening, make sure they run like clockwork.
**ACOUNTABILITIES**:
**Great Service Drives Sales**
- Support the Account Director and wider Retail team in a range of activities to ensure our projects & initiatives run smoothly, completing actions and tasks set of you promptly, and correctly
- Assist in providing great service to our customers, including capturing notes and actions from all meetings and workshops, preparing and circulating follow up materials, and other tasks assigned
- Demonstrate proactivity and a “can do” attitude, seeking new and innovative ways to help out and support wherever possible
**Be The Expert In Our Field**
- Develop expert knowledge of each project you work on, working in the environment and alongside the day-to-day agile retail store teams to ensure you are as knowledgeable as they are
- Shadow the core retail team closely, ensuring a good working knowledge of processes and systems and ensuring they are followed at all times
- Demonstrate great planning, prioritising and organisational skills to ensure you keep on top of all the tasks allocated to you
**Treat Every Pound As Your Own**
- Work within budgets set by your senior managers at all times
- Constantly look for cost effective ways of doing things
- Manage expenses, payments and other financial activities carefully, ensuring robust processes are followed at all times when handling financial transactions
**People at Our Heart**
- Work closely with head office and in store teams, building good relationships and rapport with the teams to ensure smooth operations
- Spend time working closely with instore teams to become the “go to” person for any queries from the teams working on your projects.
**About you**:
- This is an entry level role, and you are likely to have some and experience, and an interest, in retail operations.
- A passion for administration and organisation will be important, as will your ability to build relationships and rapport with a wide range of people, from instore teams to our key customers.
- You will be Microsoft Office proficient, in particular use of Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.
- You will be highly organised and efficient, able to plan and prioritise your workload.
- This role would suit someone who is looking to develop a career in retail operations and project management.
