- The role will involve:_
- Processing sales orders, creating and communicating backorders
- Ensuring customer records are kept up to date
- Assisting with Amazon account administration
- Reporting to key stakeholders on product performance
- Supplying product data for set up and distribution
- Sending out catalogues and commercial samples
- Assisting with customer supply forms and asset requests
- Management of internal supply chain to ensure critical deadlines are met
- Creating and distributing weekly stock report
- Attending trade shows and exhibitions as required
- Managing a shared admin inbox
- Supporting the management team
- Skills required:_
- Experience in sales order processing
- Proficient with **Excel (Vlookup is a must)** / Word / Outlook
- Experience using SAP or similar would be an advantage
- Proven administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team working skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
