Semperian has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our team. The Personal Assistant supports the General Manager and Senior Operations Manager and ensures the smooth running of the site office. The post holder will work very closely with the Directors of the company and will frequently liaise with other staff, the client and service provider’s representatives. In addition, the post holder will be expected to work on his/her own initiative. This is a very wide-ranging job involving an extensive range of contacts both within and outside the organisation.
The characteristics of the key accountabilities are:
- Quick and accurate audio and copy transcription of letters, memos and reports
- Distributing and actioning incoming correspondence where appropriate
- Drafting written responses to routine correspondence
- Assisting in the production of monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports using Word and Excel
- In the General Manager and Senior Operations Manager’s absence; handling routine issues and making arrangements for important matters to be passed to appropriate person for action
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels both verbally and in written communications
- Acting as focal point for visitors
- Co-ordinating calendars and assisting in the effective operation of their mailboxes
- From time to time taking and producing effective notes of meetings
- Processing expenses in keeping with the Company’s set deadlines
- Anticipating and arranging travel requirements
- Document Management System management and inputting
- Being an integral part of co-ordinating the team and team activities including social activities
- General office management for example ordering stationary, liaising with the IT team
- In addition to the responsibilities and duties listed above the job holder is required to undertake any other tasks or duties as may be required by management from time to time.

**Essential**
- Good standard of general education
- Good technical skills: Intermediate Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
**Desirable**
- Prior PA experience
- Good written skills

- Strong organisational, prioritisation and planning skills
- Effective organisation and data management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
