NHS Professionals is looking for Human Resources Business Admin Apprentices who would like to initially work in our fantastic Employee Relations team

**This apprenticeship has a duration of up to 18 months, leading to a Level 3 Qualification in Business Administration.**

The salary is starting at £14,500 per annum, with increments rising to £16,500 per annum based on performance.

**About the role**

Initially starting in Employee Relations you will:

- General administrative support to the Employee Relations function

**NHS Professionals Learning and Development**

Formal learning will be delivered via a selected national apprenticeship provider supporting learners through their training with industry-leading programmes. Your assigned tutor will deliver a blend of high-quality remote and face-to-face learning to provide all the resources you need to progress.

You will also have access to an intuitive learner management system with interactive learning tools, complementary online resources, and relevant social communities.

Alongside formal learning through the apprenticeship, NHSP provides a range of learning, development and support programmes to ensure that you are set up for success. Everyone who steps foot into the NHSP community embarks on their own Compelling Employee Journey; ensuring that whatever your path through NHSP, you have opportunities to grow, develop and succeed and be the best you can be.

This role will be based in our state of the art office in **Hemel Hempstead **with an opportunity for Hybrid Working.

We are looking for someone who would like to take their first steps into Employee Relations and HR and this role will give you a flavour of all the different aspects allowing you to work out where you may want to specialise.

**To be successful all we ask is that you**:

- Have 5 GCSEs (C/4 or above) or equivalent including English and Maths
- Have previous experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Are a proficient user of the MS office suite
