Accounts, PA & office Manager required to join a leading HVAC/Air conditioning firm based in Rochester, Kent, on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fast paced and busy role suited to an experienced Accounts Manager with excellent finance and sage skillslooking to support an established SME.

**Accounts, PA & office ManagerPosition Overview**

This role is very broad and will include:

- **All aspects of accounts**

Credit control
Accounts payable
Inputting customer invoices into Sage
Inputting supplier invoices into Sage
VAT returns
CIS returns and statements
Year end accounts
Bank reconciliation
Banking (cheques / cash)
Raising customer invoices
Monthly reports to MD
P11D return's
Staff expenses
Payroll for circa 15 staff
**office Management**

HR
Health & Safety
Staff training
Insurance renewals
IT support
Fleet management
Assisting the managing director
Assisting contracts managers / service desk when required
Answering telephones / office cover
Arranging plant equipment / fire alarm / emergency lighting services
General office management
Arranging building repairs
Typing customer quotes and documents
Arranging events
GDPR

**Accounts, PA & office ManagerPosition Requirements
**Excellent sage knowledge and accounting experience
Prior experience within the HVAC, plumbing & Heating, or blue collar industries would be Advantageous
CIS and payroll experience
Organised, assertive, happy to pitch in where needed to support the business

**Accounts, PA & office ManagerPosition Remuneration**

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours - Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Holiday - 20 days pa plus bank holidays.
