Based in Cranleigh, Surrey, and with manufacturing facilities in Livingston, Scotland, we are well-placed to service customers across the length and breadth of the UK.

Whitesales employs 80 people across both sites, with a team of Sales Managers supporting customers out in the field. **The Opportunity**

**Main Skills and Responsibilities**

The primary responsibilities are to receive and process incoming contractors and merchant orders and enquiries and assist with administrative duties.
- Comprehensive knowledge of product, and service expectations
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication skills (Listening & Questioning)
- Ability to manage and organise workload and maintain with clear time and task management.
- A problem solver - able to work through complex issues on their own
- Confident user of a CRM (preferably Gold vision), MS Office & ERP
- Ability to touch type.

Experience required:
To have two years experience working within a Customer Services environment. Preferably to have worked with an ERP system, CRM and Microsoft 365.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
