Due to fast growth we are excited to be able to offer 2 more posts at our Exmouth site. The Ness Care Group help older adults living with memory loss or other brain changes. We create specialist community hubs across Devon. Each hub offers families advice & support, and we work with individuals living with different forms of dementia or mild cognitive changes through small group based therapy. These group sessions may include cognitive stimulation therapy, creative arts therapy or other brain stimulating sessions all designed to maintain individuals physical and mental health. The therapy sessions are fun, engaging and make a real difference to people's lives.

We are looking to recruit an individual who has an interest in helping older adults and is interested in dementia and other cognitive changes that occur as you age. The successful applicant would be taught all about different dementia's, they would be taught how to run engaging sessions, how to treat and help those living with this condition and be part of a passionate team making a real difference. The hub is open Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm.

This role involves helping to run the centre, engage with families and run the cognitive sessions that occur everyday. We also provide food for those who request it and offer pick up and drop off service for those who can't drive.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week
