**Information for the role of (part-time) Conference AV Support Coordinator**

Salary £17,072 per annum for 22.5/hours per week

- The setup and management of the College’s conference and event facilities for both internal and external events
- Supporting the setup and operation of the AV services for all meetings and events, including hybrid meetings
- The moving and lifting of equipment (manual handling training will be given).

To be considered for this interesting role, you will need to have:

- A minimum of GCSEs in English Language, Mathematics and ITQ (or equivalent)
- Experience of working with, or using, a range of AV equipment, including theatre and/or conference presentation systems
- A knowledge of AV equipment, theatre lighting and sound systems
- The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- Experience of working in a customer service role and good customer service skills
- The ability to move and lift heavy items (following manual handling guidelines and training)

**Details of the role**
The post of Conference AV Support Coordinator is a permanent, part-time role.

Hours of work are 22.5 hours/week, with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break, including some weekends and evenings. The annual salary is £17,072 per annum for 22.5 hours per week (step 33 on the College Salary Scale). In addition to the salary, we offer an attractive benefits package including:
