GSC Grays are a multi-disciplined professional services firm, covering the North of England. Our Chartered Surveyors, Farm Business Consultants, Planning and Development professionals, Valuers, Environmental specialists and Estate Agents provide a full range of services for our rural client base.

**Main purpose of the job**:
**Reporting structure**

The role reports to the Marketing and Communication Director.

**The role and responsibilities**:

- Construct and manage ongoing podcasts and distribute across a variety of social media platforms.
- Edit branded content for social media posts, including Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram Reels and other platforms.
- Create engaging content and take a lead on liaising with the relevant departments across the business to gather information.
- Lead on the creation of social media content that aligns with our brand image by utilising estate agency stock footage, and content from previous podcasts.
- Join our teams on site visits, recording captivating vlogs and photographs that effectively highlight our projects and company culture.
- Produce high quality property tour videos to attract buyers and clients.
- Capture phone conversations and behind-the-scenes moments to demonstrate our client support throughout the selling process and to showcase team achievements and events.
- Proactively recommend and produce content that will promote the business.

**The skills we are looking for in you**:

- Solid background in videography, audio editing, video editing, and content creation.
- Demonstratable experience of producing captivating content.
- Comprehensive understanding of video editing software and equipment.
- Creating brand messages through visuals and crafting effective storytelling skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media and trends. Creating customised content for each social media platform.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think innovatively.
- Brilliant communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work on and off site.
- Ability to lead and be proactive with new ideas to support the business

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
