Graphic Designer

GSC Grays are a multi-disciplinary professional services firm covering the North of England. Our Chartered Surveyors, Farm Business Consultants, Planning and Development Professionals, Valuers, Environmental Specialists and Estate Agents provide a full range of services for our rural client base.

Due to a period of sustained growth, we are recruiting for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a part time basis, who will contribute to various projects and collaborate with different departments internally.

**Main purpose of the job**:
Within this role you will work closely with the Marketing and Projects Coordinator as well as Videographer to create content for a variety of social media platforms as well as company brochures and magazines.

**Reporting Structure**:
The role reports to the Marketing and Communications Director.

**The role and responsibilities**:

- Administrative tasks relating to design and events.
- Proactively suggest new creative ideas and insights.
- Create engaging graphics for social media platform collaborating closely with internal departments as required.
- Utilising various marketing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.

**The skills we are looking for in you**:

- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or proven experience as a graphic designer.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Confident liaising with internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks.
- Enthusiastic to take on new challenges and projects.

**Key information you need to know**:

- Part-time, 3 days per week pro-rata or reduced hours 5 days per week.
