T-mex Limited, based in Chart Sutton, is a friendly family-run engineering business seeking an enthusiastic and competent Office Administrator.

The role will be varied and involve a wide range of tasks. Duties will include:

- Act as one of the first points of contact, handling correspondence and phone calls.
- Manage outgoing parcel consignments and tracking across 5 couriers.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients as required.
- Maintain office files and records in an organised manner.
- Utilise key customer account software to process incoming orders.
- General clerical duties to include filing, photocopying and scanning.
- Provide support to staff and management.
- A 'can-do' attitude in line with the Compay ethos.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Exceptional organiational skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Confident computer skills, and in particular, a good working knowledge of Microsft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Good time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prirotise and meet deadlines.

Adminstrative experience (1+ year) in a similar role would be considered advantageous.

The office is based in Chart Sutton with free on-site parking. The rural farm-based location is not readily accessible by public transport - The successful applicant will require their own transport.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
