With the help of social media/events, you'll drive new patients into the practice, and discuss treatment options with patients by holding your own consultations and even 3D-scanning after training.

We will teach you how to measure, track, and review all marketing channels. A training program will be provided as part of the job description

Our practice is a short walk from Royal Arsenal Station in Woolwich, and has been recently renovated and expanded to include 2 new surgeries and dedicated Facial Aesthetics suite.

We’re looking for the right person who is enthusiastic, organised and has a great ability to engage with our patients and manage others. The right person will be self-motivated, committed, an excellent communicator and have a good ability to use their initiative.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Treatment Coordinator training is preferable
- Demonstration of your ability to build a rapport with patients and team members
- Previous experience or knowledge of working within the Dental industry, including dental treatments is essential (i.e. Dental Nurse, Dental Receptionist/Manager)
- Currently GDC registered
- An excellent team player and able to communicate in an effective way
- Some experience of managing a small team or individuals if preferred
- A friendly, approachable and professional who is driven to developing in a fast-paced environment

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with our patients to help them feel welcome and relaxed at our practice
- Be one of the first points of contact between our patients and the practice
- Supporting the patient journey including recruitment and key treatment planning
- Support the dentists with treatment coordination of key treatments, including Implants and Invisalign
- Interacting with our patients over the phone and face-to-face to their answer queries and gather patient feedback and reviews
- Overall management of the reception desk, including the appointment booking system, ensuring it is efficient and accurate
- Responsible for maintaining, implementing and improving day-to-day processes and policies
- Reporting directly to the Practice Owners when required
- Day-to-day management of the reception team, supported by the Practice Coordinator
- Completion of appropriate paperwork in an organised manner
- Responsible for maintaining correct stock levels, including ordering where required
- Any other administration duties required to be carried out from the direction of line managers

**Training**:

- You will be enrolled in a Treatment Coordination course run by a leader in the field, Laura Horton, which is designed to enhance and develop your skills

Due to practice growth and expansion, there is future potential to develop into a Deputy Practice Manager role for the right person.

**Salary**: Up to £32,000.00 per year
