Purpose

1. Develop and maintain product content for Eurocamp's website, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.
2. Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure that all product content is aligned with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
3. Create and manage high-quality multimedia content, including images and videos, to showcase Eurocamp's destinations, campsites, and accommodation.
4. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all product content is accurate, on-brand, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Collaborate with external partners to develop new and innovative product content.

Key Responsibilities

Product Information and Content Management
- Create and maintain engaging and accurate content to showcase Eurocamp's holiday parcs, accommodation and destinations across all Eurocamp websites and marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-market teams to collect, update, and maintain comprehensive product data in the Content Management System (CMS).
- Ensure that product attributes, specifications, and images are accurately represented in our systems and websites.
- Develop and manage high-quality multimedia content in our Digital Asset Management library, including images and videos.

Content Updates
- Regularly update and enhance product content on the website, including product descriptions and images.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create engaging and informative product pages.
- Work with the wider marketing team to ensure all product content and descriptions are developed and refined for SEO and conversion rate optimisation.

Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular audits of product information to identify and correct discrepancies or errors.
- Work with set up and pricing teams to ensure all parcs and accommodation are visible to users and available to purchase.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in product presentation.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the product and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to product data and content.
- Support the wider marketing team with ad-hoc projects as required.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Utilise website analytics to understand the performance of product content, and use insights to refine and improve content strategies.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce and product information management, bringing new ideas and insights to the Eurocamp marketing team.
- Propose and implement improvements to streamline content management processes

Person Specification
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, coupled with the ability to problem solve.
- Ability to prioritise and follow multiple critical paths at any one time, working to deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable communicating new ideas to the wider team.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
