**What you’ll do**

Core Tasks

1. To lead your team in delivering the very best customer experience, leading by example, ensuring a customer’s first ethos is evident in all staff behaviors, actions, and processes.

2. Commercially aware, with the ability to recognise opportunities to increase income through additional sales and upselling, leading by example and supporting the team where required.

3. To ensure shop aesthetic is appealing and engaging and complies to company guidelines.

4. To ensure the full implementation and adherence of all company policies and procedures as stated in company manuals or as directed by the Enterprises Management Team.

5. To manage, control and take responsibility for all stock purchases and movements, ensuring stock holding is in line with agreed stock levels.

6. To be financially aware and responsive to all scheduled and ad hoc financial requirements and requests with appropriate levels of urgency.

7. To be aware of all museum security requirements and to be aware and up to date on all relevant Health and Safety issues and policies and take action to prevent or report potential hazards.

8. Support Visitor Experience duties as required.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.84 per hour
