Do you have experience as a CNC machinist? Do you want to utilise your already learnt skills and develop new ones? Our client are looking for a CNC machinist to join their team

Our client are CNC turning and milling specialists based in Uxbridge who provide subcontract Machining services into numerous demanding markets including, but not limited to, Aerospace, Telecommunications, Medical and Automotive components.
- On a day-to-day basis the core of the role involves producing parts made on CNC turning Machines
- You will work closely with the turning team leader to assess the most suited manufacturing method on parts to be produced
- You will be responsible for setting and running multi axis CNC turning machines
- You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the components that you produce
- Working with the team to ensure the company policies are followed and our goals and objectives are met

Ideally you will have the below skills;
- Strong machining background is essential
- Must self-starting an able to overcome issues while setting and running complex machining operations
- Proficient users of Fanuc controls
- Previous experience of 3 axis turning, preferably with sub spindles and bar feeds
- Previous experience in low volume, high precision machining
- Ability to use a variety of measuring equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team
