CNC Turner Required Uxbridge - £20.00 per hour Day Shift 4 Day Working WeekCNC Machinist required to work for manufacturing company based in Uxbridge main responsibilities to include setting/operating CNC machines, manufacturing a variety of one off components.Immediate start for the right candidate.Daily Duties * Responsible for manufacturing all components within the agreed timescales, * Responsible for setting and operating Sliding head CNC turning machines, * Responsible for using a wide range of measuring equipment to check small-batch components after manufacture * Responsible for maintaining the agreed quality rating at all times, * Responsible for making sure that manufactured product is suitably protected for transit, * Responsible for working in the order of the manufacturing plan at all times, * Responsible for making sure that all manufacturing paper work is filled out correctly, * Responsible for carrying out all tasks allocated by the Team Leader in a timely and efficient manner, * Responsible for ensuring that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained at all times, * To support team members with other tasks as and when required, * To help create and maintain a safe working environment and observe the published Health & Safety procedures, * To carry out any other tasks where reasonable and relevant, when required.Required ExperienceExperience in setting and operating CNC sliding head machinesProgramming experience advantageousAdditional infoHours; Day shift, flexible hours - candidates must do 9.25 hours per day between 6.00am-6.00pmRate/Salary: £20.00 per hourStart Date: ASAP - following interview process Proactive Global is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.Proactive Global is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
