About The RoleFollowing a review of our organisational structure against exciting opportunities in our 5-year business plan, in order to best deliver the continued growth in our business, we are looking to further consolidate our operational capabilities into a single Shared Services team, whilst separating customer delivery and account ownership into discrete customer delivery teams.

**We are therefore pleased to offer this role as an internal promotion opportunity to existing Magdalene employees**

The role is responsible for delivery of our new Virgin Media fibre build contracts and development of the account. The role will be required to develop the account/s within this portfolio and ensure revenue growth continues into the future.

The role will take the lead for the Delivery function of the wider team, ensuring requirements are delivered on time, to quality standards and within budget. Working closely with the customer and other key stakeholders including PMO, Commercial, and Finance, you will ensure successful delivery of our key customer contracts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accountable for the account performance to meet and exceed business plan targets for gross margin and GWIP.
- Responsible for business development and customer account strategy including managing renewal of contracts.
- Effective matrix engagement of NOC, Project, Design, civils, and logistics teams to ensure successful business and customer outcomes.
- Supporting the Delivery and Operational Directors in key commercial decision making
- Compliance with company business management system and policies (including Security, Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality standards).
- Making sure we are aware of requirement at kick-off and in life changes to enable shared service team to comply with any changes.
- Triaging and managing contract change requests with support of commercial team to ensure it is not to the detriment of the business plan, in particular being aware of scope creep and commercial change requests. Evaluate opportunities to implement or adapt new systems and processes that delivery business and customer benefits.
- Ensuring projects are appropriately handed over into active service with the customer.
- Timely sales recognition and invoicing of all contracted services.
- Providing a senior escalation point for the customer.
- Supporting the wider team with strategic bid management and response
- Any other duties as required.
