This position contains many benefitsalongside a generous salary of £25,000 to £29,000 per annum. This position is based in Bristol but does include hybrid working options.

**Key Responsibilities of a Senior Customer Complaints Advisor**:

- Managing your own caseload of complaints relating to Legal Expenses, Home Emergency and Motor Breakdown insurance
- Being responsible for investigating complaints in depth
- Liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve complaints in line with the FCA guidelines and timeframes
- Carrying out all tasks in line with stipulated processes, procedures and authority limits
- Handling confidential information in line with data protection and ISO rules

**Key Skills and Experience of a Senior Customer Complaints Advisor**:

- Previous experience in a complaints handing role is required
- Previous experience providing frontline insurance customer support, both verbally and written is required
- Empathy and detailed orientation are essential due to the nature of the role
- Excellent customer service skills is a must for this role
