We are looking for a Business Support Administrator, who will report to the Employment and Welfare Manager.
This role will be to provide administrative support for all key teams. Supporting core values of: Pride; Positivity; Ownership; Accountability; Responsibility; Can do/Will do.
As well as general support, the role’s responsibilities will also include
- Provide Microsoft Office capability in support of business admin activities:
Letter production
Mail Merge
Mailshots
Template production
PowerPoint and Excel presentations/reports
Visio presentation of information
Media Content
- Maintain the company branding standards for all internal and external communications
- Upload approved content to Website and social media platforms
- Data input to online systems including the Onboard Training and Competence system
- Coordinate and arrange training events
- Template development and maintenance
- Training on Template use
- Controlled Document revision and archiving
- Support internal drive development and maintenance
- Contribute to Company Induction for new starts
- Meeting and Visitor management
- Support IT infrastructure with external provider
- Set up of office space and IT for new starts
- Maintain stationary requirements
- Maintain levels PPE levels
- Provide cover for Employment and Welfare data input and management
- Maintain a Media Library
- Report production
This post comes with a competitive salary and holiday package, as well as a nine-day fortnight.
