Office Administrator

**Duties**:

- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Manage office supplies and inventory. Invoicing quoting and scheduling using XERO and Gas Engineer software.
- Confident telephone manner. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department lease with history of visits revising history explaining work carried out to be carried out. Leasing with engineers/customers and clients organising days in postcode areas and in priority order.
- Greet any visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Ordering supplies for pre booked work and quoting on all jobs reported from engineers.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
