We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Photos and Videos Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging content for our company's social media platforms. Your primary focus will be on capturing and producing high-quality photos and videos that effectively communicate our brand's message, attract a wider audience, and drive engagement.

**Responsibilities**:
Content Creation: Develop and execute a content strategy for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Create visually appealing photos and videos that align with our brand guidelines and target audience.

Photography and Videography: Utilise your expert photography and videography skills to capture high-quality images and footage. Coordinate and conduct photoshoots, video shoots, and interviews to capture compelling content.

Social Media Management: Collaborate with the social media team to develop engaging content calendars and schedules. Stay up-to-date with current trends, tools, and best practices in social media content creation to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.

Branding and Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all social media platforms. Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure that visual elements are aligned with our overall brand strategy.

Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content, including engagement metrics, reach, and conversions. Use these insights to optimize future content and drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and copywriting, to ensure cohesive and integrated content strategies. Clearly communicate creative concepts, ideas, and project requirements to stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Proven work experience as a photographer, videographer, or in a similar role focused on social media content creation. A strong portfolio showcasing your photography and videography skills is required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, software, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro). Experience with graphic design tools and knowledge of social media platforms' technical requirements is a plus.

Creativity and Aesthetics: A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual storytelling. Ability to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual content that resonates with the target audience.

Social Media Savvy: In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content optimization. Familiarity with current social media trends, viral content, and popular influencers.

Time Management and Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.

Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Openness to feedback and willingness to iterate on creative ideas.
