**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:

- Management of the Admissions team ensuring excellent customer service across all campuses
- Direct line management of Admissions Managers.
- Responsible for the oversight, planning and administering of Student Financial support.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB HOLDER**:

- Coordinate the enrolment stages including campus plans, staffing, resources, and whole organisation communication
- Ensure that enrolments meet the standards required for ILR, working closely with MIS.
- Ensure that effective IAG is provided to applicants and key stake holders
- Develop and monitor data to track against KPIs and identify any areas of concern or potential areas for growth to feed into curriculum planning
- Manage internal progression processes to ensure that KPIs are met and that students receive accurate and supportive IAG
- Work with marketing to plan and deliver open and applicant events
- Ensure that there is a consistent student experience across all campuses
- Responsible for Front Desk (reception) ensuring that cover is always in place with excellent customer service (direct line management provided by Admissions Managers and Team Leaders)
- Work with other Heads and Managers of the Student Experience Team to ensure a consistent student experience across all campuses and provide management support to all services when on site.
- Act as a Duty Manager as and when required on the duty manager rota.
- Respond to all customer feedback including following complaints procedures, when necessary.
- Provide management presence at busy periods on campus ensuring students engage in learning and behaviour expectations.
- Take an active lead, with other identified managers and leaders, in Matrix and other identified accredited frameworks.

This post requires a flexible working pattern as necessary to ensure that the service is fully accessible according to site opening hours, the events calendar and any special requirements, for example Open Days and enrolment periods. Working hours will fallbetween 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Monday - Friday with some Saturdays or weekend opening during the year. Evening and weekend work will be equitably shared on a rota basis. The post holder must expect to work a minimum of 9 Saturdays per annum, and leave will be restrictedduring key enrolment periods. Attendance at staff development events is mandatory.

As front-line staff representing the College, staff should be well presented and must be prepared to adhere to a dress code or uniform should this be introduced.
