**Opportunity Overview**: Resource Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Resource Management Specialist (AVP)
- Technology, Data, and Information (TDI) to join a leading Bank which specialises in Investment Banking, Asset Management, Retail Banking, Private Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Transaction Banking for a permanent role. They give original thinkers the space and support needed to shine.

**Role Objective**: In taking this role, you will be joining the TDI Resource Management (RM) team within TDI Chief Operating Officer (COO) as a Business Management Specialist. TDI Resource Management (RM) team is a global team accountable for managing the overall workforce Full-time Equivalent (FTE) and cost and driving a range of strategic initiatives to optimise TDI’s global workforce. As a Business Manager specialist, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, creating high-quality management materials, work with other divisions of the Bank - mainly Human Resources (HR)and Finance - to drive strategic changes. This role also requires interacting with stakeholders within the TDI division for coordinating multiple deliverables.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for stakeholder management, creating high-quality management materials - Management Information, reports, deck - to support management decision-making process sometimes on an ad-hoc basis
- Building a solid understanding of HR systems, processes, data, reports, and answering management queries
- Support/drive several change initiatives/transformation projects by providing analytics, creating materials, and coordinating with teams across the organisation
- Co-ordinate with Finance and HR divisions for data and queries on workforce FTE / cost-related matters
- Respond to ad-hoc management requests on a range of tasks - data/feedback gathering from divisions, analysis, creating presentations

**Desirable Competencies and Qualifications**:

- Management Reporting/Project Management Officer experience required
- Financial planning and analysis
- Independent projects experience is much needed
- Well-versed with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills and mindset to analyse complex situations and advise solutions
- Previous experience of the Workday system, processes, data, and reporting
- Ability to convert data/information/analysis into high-quality management material
- Ability to self-manage a book of work and ensure clear transparency on progress with clear, timely communication of issues
- Ability to interact successfully in a virtual, diverse, and multi-cultural environment
